Everytime me and nathan get something for eachother for birthdays or holidays, we are never able to keep it a secret. We both get to excited and tell the other person before the actual day. Well this happened again this year for valentines day. I came home saturday from my sisters baby shower and nathan had been shopping for me. He was sitting on the couch telling me in every way possible what he got me without actually telling me. Then after some time he looked at me and said "Wanna see it?" I got excited to so he pulled it out and showed me. He got me a gift card to Godiva because I love chocolate covered strawberries, and a silver bracelet that says I love you and on the other side two hearts with 2010. There is a little story behind the bracelet. All through highschool I always told him I wanted a silver bracelet with a heart hanging down. He was never able to get it because he never had the money because he was always involved in sports. It was a big joke between us. But after five years i got it!! We promised eachother that this is the last year we are going to ruin suprises for eachother considering I told him a week ago what I am getting him because I was too excited too.
On another note, this week I was able to see my Grams a lot. I love her so much and she is such a great example. I am always grateful for the time I get to spend with her. I just had to post this picture of her posing. She is 92 years old and is still looking good. Notice her cute stlyish flats. She was so excited about getting some cute, comfortable shoes.
